Return & Exchange Policy
All vehicle sales at Carmotive are final. Carmotive does not accept returns or exchanges of vehicles once purchased.
Carmotive does not provide dealer warranties on any vehicles. Certain vehicles may still have a remaining factory warranty from the original manufacturer. The availability, terms, and coverage of any factory warranty are determined solely by the manufacturer and are not administered by Carmotive.
Optional protection products — such as service contracts, GAP contracts, and aftermarket products — may be purchased separately at the time of sale. The terms, coverage, and claims process for these products are governed by the contract provided at purchase.
From time to time, Carmotive may advertise or offer a limited trial exchange program (e.g., a 5-day exchange option). Such offers apply only when expressly stated in writing at the time of sale and are subject to the terms and conditions of that specific promotion.
